There is an optional 3rd day/3 hours for the hands-on wetlab.

Day 1 contains 6 hours of interactive lectures. Lectures start later in the day to accommodate ER sleep schedules as much as possible. Lunch is included.

Day 2 contains 6 more hours of interactive lectures. Lectures start later in the day to accommodate ER sleep schedules as much as possible. Lunch is included. If you are departing after day 2, your CE certificate will be provided. If you have registered for the optional third day/additional CE hours, your CE certificate will be provided at the conclusion of day 3.

Optional Day 3 contains 3 more hours in a hands-on wetlab format. Cadavers will be used to learn various ER procedures including: NG tube, E-tube, Foley catheter, IV cut downs, central line placement and pericardiocentesis. Scrub top and close-toed shoes are required attire.

Lectures including: Anemia, Thrombocytopenia, Transfusions, ARF, Leptospirosis, Addison's, Acid/Base, Urethral Obstruction, Trauma, Wound Care, Anaphylaxis, Biliary Disease, Hepatic Lipidosis, Dystocia, Pyometra, Toxins, Seizures, Vestibular Disease, Head Trauma, Mental Health & Wellness, Managing Burnout, Juggling a Family and an ER career.

Labs including: various ER procedures- tubes, catheters and pericardiocentesis
